Shining over IT, but clowns are really creepy, I think. Great write!! Steven King is one of my favorites. I was reading " The Stand" when I was in New Orleans. On the last Chapter, I nodded and it fell in the canal! .... 80)

I actually never read 'The Stand' but I know it's one of his most popular, thanks for your comment, Pat-

Cool poem, Michelle. I'm love me some King too. For me, has to be "Thinner" hands down. Can't wait til October gets here. Already got my Halloween poems lined up ... good to go, Lord willing. Nice edgy poem, meesa like. Love and smiles always.

Nicely done. I think I will pick The Shining. "It" was creepy, but nothing compares to The Shining. Loved your limerick

Interesting, … anything as horrifically fascinating as those two oldies lately from the Master, or has he lost his touch, more or less … Just wondering. ~ Gershon

Well those are his more well known novels, a more recent one I liked was 'Mr Mercedes' and that did not have a supernatural element, more crime noir-

You are much braver than I ever was. My hair stood on end when I read the back covers of his books, and I have bypassed every movie.
