A Letter To-Robert Frost

He speaks to me of living,
of men and truths and nature.
I understand him..simple words
that send a message....
Not complicated, with the need
to decipher every line...
He brought me to the love of words...

Thank you for entering my contest with this wonderful write. I love that you made it short, and simple to match the theme, but wow! it produces an impact in a few lines.

Dear BG, Both you and Jack H. chose the same poet. Not surprising really as he was one of America's greatest. Indeed he wrote well of nature and each poem was easily understood. So glad he inspired you to write! (Check the title requirements on the contest.) I'd like to see you in the winners' circle. Love, Carolyn

I love this. Oh, if only all poets were as talented and lucid as was he. And your poem reflects his influence.
