A Kitten Disses a Puppy--Oh My

That pouncing, pesky puppy keeps chasing after me.
    He seems to think I like him. How can I make him see
    this feline's so much better in every way than he?
    The sooner Bandit faces that, the better off he'll be.
    He tries to be my friend. I just vamoose and climb a tree.

    I slap his face, then run and hide. 
    The lowly creature has no pride.

Oh, well-written Janice. Puppies rank on the intelligence scale somewhere between a rock and a cucumber. What we need are cute little kittens that grow up to become dogs! I enjoyed this!
