A Kiss, From the Sky

O faultless sky, with your pillows of dreams and eyes that blink from mountains to seas, with your breath swallowing the sweet wines of land- ah, today I could have danced, with the wind; tickled the humor- less soul, with so much lust, but my time was lost, staring at you. No regret, at all. The lives of yesterday, there were ups and downs, for sorrow and pain burst in paroxysm of rage. I felt it, alone just a child, un-intently, listened to the shriek of exploding car’s tire, yet the touches of your hand, gently, rippling my passion as I laid myself on this field of lush, ‘neath this olive tree, moved my spirits. Surely, no one will ever know the remnants of your kiss, except me, who slept with you on a luscious day.
