A Jolly Fisherman
There was a jolly fisherman
Whose name was Bobby Brown.
Even the fish thought he was friendly
For he never wore a frown.
The fish danced right into his net
While he played a merry tune
Using his recorder
On a sunny afternoon.
The jolly fisherman and his crew
Who were very happy too,
Sang a joyful song
About what they and the fish would do.
Some fish were cast back out to sea.
The jolly fisherman wished them well.
And those who stayed onboard his ship
He later had to sell.
There was a jolly fisherman.
Dear Bobby Brown.
He's now too frail to sail.
So he spends more time in town.
