A Golfer's Dream

The Eagle flies straight and true ~ Guide my golf ball to get a few of you __________________________________ An 'eagle' is a super score in golf. It is two strokes better than standard on any one hole. For example, on a 'par-4' hole, where 4 is the standard score, an eagle is 2! Even pros rarely get even one eagle per 18-hole round of golf.

I have never gotten anything close to par or an eagle, so this was all new to me. Thanks for educating me here.

A dream of mine when I played golf, Gershon. I was "forced" into the game many years back when my wife won a set of golf clubs in a bingo game. I played for a few years and the more I played the worse I got and sold the clubs! Bob H

I gave up golfing a number of years ago, Gershon, due to health, but I can tell you I never ever got an eagle that I can remember. Maybe your prayer will come true! Hope so!

I usually get two or three eagles every round, Milt, truth be told -- in miniature golf. lol. ~ Big Bird
