My Muse has left me for a long time. Fortunately, I have discoverded a pretty wast supply of very olld maerial which I can rewrite and make something worthwhile out of. So that's what I'm doing now. I hope that some of this very old material strikes some cords with the older crowd out there; later, with any luck, I'll be able to move on to more modern, generalizable stuff.
A Glance At My Love In The Sun
Waves of chestnut,
Laced with sparks shining red,
My loves' hair tumbles down her back.
Standing, silent angel
Gracing the day in the sun
My heart ablaze,
Silent study
Of the Fair One it knows to be its Master.
Easy to be ruled by Love,
When what you give
You see reflected back
In a pair of shining eyes
That drink deep of the fire that binds you together.
These things and more
Pass through my mind
Stolen perfection
In the unaffected, simple beauty of my love.
