A Girl Like You
this poem is for the girl that i love
the simple girl that i truly adore
the only woman to ever own my heart
the one that my heart beats for
words can never be enough to describe
a woman as amazing and wonderful like you
and even if i use every word in the vocabulary
it will still be to little and to few
the love and admiration i have for her
it stretches from the earth to the sky above
shes my princess my queen my angel
my diamond my treasure my everlasting love
You make every one else appear ordinary
where ever you are loveliness is sure to follow.
You shine so bright you cast your own shadow
with a beauty that others would love to borrow.
but they can try as much as they like
your beauty they will ever catch
for your beauty my sweet precious darling
is something that no one can ever match
Your beauty extends into the heavens,
it goes on forever and never ends.
Even when the sun hides behind the clouds
you are here and my world brightens.
you are like a fruit in the garden of eden
next to the river where milk and honey flows
that,s so sweet and still constantly ripens
where your beauty continues to grow
Your beauty seems to increase with every breathe
Your beauty just can't be concealed
and no matter how you try to hide it
the more you tried your beauty is always revealed.
the power of your beautiful smile
is the worlds greatest gift
and just one look in your eyes
the heaviness of my hearts you send adlift
there was heaven right here on Earth
and a girl this perfect i never knew
i was never aware of the magic of love
was not aware until the moment i met you
You are the answer to my every prayer
my every dreams and wishes coming true
you're more precious to me than the air i breathe
for the air cannot compare to a girl like you
