A Gentle Breeze

A gentle breeze came blowing by
To brush her face and sing the sky
A misty blush of twilight rose
In melody of sweet repose

Hi Brian! I've just revisited the epic poem from which this stanza was taken from. What I like particularly is how thematically different the two pieces of work are. The cruelty and class system from "Oliver, a boy" is a lifetime away from the picture you paint here. Congratulations. Cheers - Gary

What a beautiful and tender romantic picture is seen in your "misty blush" and "twilight rose" Bryan. This flows as easily as your "gentle breeze." I can feel the breeze through your words. Congratulations on your win.

Extraordinary beauty of simplicity here, Bryan ... many people don't realize what a delicate ART that is - loved it - congratulations, and thanks for taking the time to enter my Rithimus Divisa 9 contest. Blessings! :o)
