A Funny Roundel
My silent calico has stopped eating to give me that look.
I will ignore her, she is only a wonderful cat, right?
I know she will soon be between me and my mystery book.
I am her faithful adoring minion and she knows it well.
I dare not even peek out of my secret well-hidden nook.
I do not have to pay attention, at her green eyes so bright.
Snuggles will see me, and she will give me that all-knowing look.
I am clearly a cat mama, and she has me on a hook.
I feel helpless, and my princess feline has me in her sight.
Now she is sitting between me and a fantastic good book.
I am her faithful adoring minion and she knows it well.
