I watched his fiery speech and believe he was given mega doses of something to make him alert to the point of being scary and disturbing. If the 'old boy' continues his 'reign' I fear will have more than gridlock and strife.

“Feisty”? He looked like one of those dementia patients in a psyche ward who shouts and rants when someone switches the TV channel.

I think you’re right. He looked unhinged. Democrats were happy because they didn’t need to use the defibrillator paddles.
