A Delicacy to Delight the Most Discriminating Pig

Porky Pig once stopped by my butcher shoppe
Pig was not looking for any old slop
        He searched high and low
        Meat tasted like crow
'Please, Elmer, one pound of strings from your mop’

Such a fun limerick; and I think it's the first time I've heard mop strings in a poem or as a meal-good one!

LOL. Grew up on a farm with chickens and pigs. Pigs are actually discriminating eaters. Chickens not so much. Good one

Chickens - Yecch! Dirtiest animals on the farm. Should be categorized as foul, i/o fowl!

Ha, ha. Wisdom is not exactly Porky's strong suit, is it?
