A Daydream of Magic

I hold three magic rocks, in my hand Rolling them over and over and over Leaving this reality behind, far behind.... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. As I walk down the lonely path I see nothing. Blank and white... the world around. Like a sheet of paper just waiting for the artist to come. Finally the artist is here. color splashes in front of me. the color of... magic. trees sprout from nowhere. grass spring from all around. the cool summer air brushes the leaves and they dance. Lightly, I walk enjoying my moment of contentment. A bench appears and I take a seat as I let magic do her perfect work. Green leaves laugh as they play tag with the wind. Grass sway while the birds chirp a brand new song... full of love. All of my worries cease as I watch the play in front of me. The symphony of music... the blend of sounds. This is my own little performance and I am the guest of honor. At the end, the trees, grass, and flowers all bow gently. The birds play a slow cheerful "good-bye" Magic is last to leave... she has a few words to tell me. "Let joy lead your life. Worry and stress are just another burden. Remember that I am always with you." And with that said, she leaves, but before she's gone, she gives me a little joy to place in my heart.
