A Cry the World Chose Not to Hear
When Life became too heavy,
People grew harsher,
their words sharpened into wounds,
their silence burned like fire.
When I finally broke,
and Help knocked on my door,
the world turned away,
as if my pain were an inconvenience,
as if my cry were suspicious.
Faith remained my only friend—
steadfast, unwavering—
while Gossip, Mockery, and Bullying roamed freely,
casting shadows where kindness hid.
Gossip spread like smoke—
fast, choking, impossible to escape.
It whispered lies until my name was stained,
and Truth was forgotten.
Pain knocked softly at every door,
but Silence answered first,
cold and indifferent,
turning away as if I were invisible.
Gossip sat laughing in the corner,
whispering lies in velvet tones.
Cruelty painted stories on the walls,
strokes of shame and doubt.
Judgment stood tall and unbending,
pointing fingers before I spoke.
And when I reached for Help,
Suspicion stepped forward,
demanding proof before kindness moved.
I left my post—not for defeat,
But where the air turned thick with heat.
Whispers of scorn drifted near,
While unseen hands held judgment’s sphere.
I walked away—
not defeated,
but led by Peace,
my only ally that day.
Now, in this small room,
Loneliness curls beside me on the floor.
No bed.
No warmth.
Only the hum of Memory,
singing my mother’s voice:
"Hold on. God is with you."
I prayed.
I sent letters, messages, cries.
But Indifference wore blinders,
and Kindness was nowhere to be found.
Must I parade Suffering before the world,
to prove I’m in pain?
Must I show Compassion
as a luxury meant only for friends?
Still—
I write.
I speak.
I breathe.
Because Hope hasn’t left me.
Because my pen still listens
when people do not.
I am not a scam.
I am not a lie.
I am Human.
I still believe Kindness exists—
quiet, sacred,
a miracle without price,
a light that saves not just moments,
but souls.
Let Kindness remain.
Let Selfishness fade.
Let Humanity rise again,
and cleanse this weary world
with love
and good spirit.
