Christ was given a cross to bear, born to save the souls of sinners. And willing to die for their sins, He forgave those that took His life. If you believe in the scriptures, Christ was given a cross to bear. Jesus knew His destiny was to suffer for Man's sins and die. Peaching as a Jewish Rabbi, Jesus taught people how to pray. Christ was given a cross to bear, and yet, He was the Son of God. Reassess your Christian values, cling to those tethered to your faith. And if you are shunned, remember, Christ was given a cross to bear. (Quatern) 11/17/2021 This or That, Vol 8 Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Edward Ibeh Title chosen - "A Cross To Bear"
