A Cloudy Fight
A solitary person
Left to fight for
The people of
Their land
All others were
Behind them,
Scared of the
Monster that is
Coming
All trembled as
The monster showed
Its ugly face
All reared back
At its horrid breath
Which reached into
Each person's body
And stole each one's
Little peace that
Was left
The silent terror
That was the
Monster slinked
Forward towards
The prey that
Was in front of it
The savior stood
Their ground
In front of the
Monstrous creature,
Even through their
Mortal fear
The people screamed
As the creature
Got closer to
Them, and some
Started to run
Away from it
The monster
Sat for a second
And stared at
The people,
Looking at them
Curiously
As the people
Watched the
Monster staring
At them, they
Started to
See that
Its face started to
Turn feral and
Vicious
The monster took
One last look
At its crowd of
Prey and brought
Its claw up and
Swiped downward
The hero threw
Themself at the
Strike and was
Cut into
Many pieces,
Leaving a bloody
Mess behind
The people
Screamed as they
Watched the massacre
But weirdly enough,
The monster
Looked as if its
Bloodlust was
Satiated, so it left
The townspeople
And went back
In the other
Direction, leaving
The people in shock
They thought
They were
Going to die
But they just
As they realized
Their own safety,
They remembered
The one who had
Not been saved
Many cried over
The shock of
Their hero's death
The people could
Live onward
Because one
Strong person laid
Down their life
To save all
Of them
But there was
No bloodshed as
This story was
Made in the
Form of clouds
That was interpreted
By someone who
Gave the story
That was just read
