A Childs Wreath

A child, I remember the door decorated by a fir circle,

Circle that it was, it always was fresh and new.

New as the season, new to accent this place.

Place now the wreath, the circle of green,

Green to remind us of a coming Spring.

Spring, when the snow is swept away by water,

Water which proclaims our baptism in the Lord.

Lord of All, Bethlehem's wreath of promise...brought to us by A Child.

Lord of All, Bethlehem's wreath of promise...brought to us by A Child. Yes indeed a promise of eternal life paid for by the ordeal of the cross. Congratulations Daniel on your worthy poem's place in honor. Agape, Moses

Good one ...Enjoyed the expressiveness of this work..Testimony of your faith for sure..I am glad that you stopped by and commented on my work "Face To Face With Death"..Yes, this happened to me when I was much younger..I was going to work that day and met that airplane face to face on a two lane road..I was just glad that there was room for me to get over and for the pilot to move over some..He was still traveling fast when I met him..He had to emergency land..Sara
