A Child Grasping For Love

Dr Mark Jobe had enter the room of abandoned Aids Children.
He was a missionary volunteering to comfort these precious souls.

It was a heartbreaking sight to see the need for love and healing in
their eyes. It was a heartfelt moment, he would never forget.

A little boy came to him and he picked him up. He clung to Mark
like to never let go, pressing his head against his chest and
hanging on, looking for an affectionate love his abandoned parents
never gave him. While he was holding the little boy another little
girl was tugging at his pants.

He gently put the boy down as he resisted to hang on to that moment
of love and affection. It hurt Mark to set him down but there was
another little one that needed to be held and loved.

The little one he put down sat next to him and held his pant leg not
wanting to give up this moment. The second one he was holding
was clinging to him for dear life. Marks's heart was breaking as he
felt their love and need, and they had this terrible illness that was
going to end their lives.

Mark's heart was overwhelmed. He prayed for these beautiful souls,
he would never forget them, he did what he could for them, and used
his Ministry to bring aid to them. Mark realized that what they needed
most was love, and to feel cared for.

Hello, My name is Gus and I’m Michael’s younger brother. I regret to inform you of his sudden passing about 2 weeks ago. We are all still in shock and grieving but felt compelled to come on here to let you all know. Michael was a great brother and a loyal friend to all who knew him. He was very proud of his poems and considered you all dear friends. Until we meet again in Heaven, You’re forever in our hearts💔

I truly mourn the passing of Michael Tor. His humanity was amply demonstrated in his poems and exposé's of the unfortunate and forgotten. Poetry Soup was a better place for his presence. He will be well remembered. Rest in Piece, Michael. Robert

Hi Bj thank you. Yes they need tender loving care. Their souls matter and they are real and in search of being loved as we all should be and they are dealing with this terrible illness. I know in the end Bj that when they pass, they will be received in our Lord's loving arms. Thank you so much for stopping by and your comment warms my heart. God bless you...

Hi Charlie love your comment. So true your words. Yes my friend I put myself in their place being abandoned, dealing with a lethal decease, and not having anyone, facing the world alone at a young age, not knowing my parents. How awful is that Charlie. Dr Jobe gave them love, and hope, and allowed them to experience affection for a moment in their life. Like you said Charlie, "We need more" caring souls that is. Charlie thank you so much for stopping by it was so nice to hear from you my friend. I will be stopping by to read your latest.

Hello my Dear Paula. Dr Mark Jobe is one of those special human beings that gives of himself and goes to Countries that are in need. He puts his life in jeopardy, helping and comforting those children with horrible deceases in this case, aids. Paula I heard one of his sermons as he described this incident, I wrote about. I wept as he described these children abandoned and dying in need of love and affection. His words were much better than mine. It broke my heart to hear what happened. I am definitely supporting his ministry after listening to him share this heartfelt story. Hearing his story I could not hold it in and I had to share his story I wish you could have heard how he describe it, your tears would have flowed like torrential rain. Thank you Dear Paula for your support Hugs and God bless you.
