A Child All Alone

I found myself all alone with fears, My eyes seemed to always be filled with tears. I want someone to love me and show me they care, Instead, my life is filled with despair. My clothes are dirty and I need something to eat, Maybe even some shoes for my small little feet. I need a family with a mom and dad, Then I would be happy and never sad. I know life is not suppose to be this way, I pray for a new family everyday. Maybe some day my dream will come true, And I will be smiling again and not so blue. Will you adopt me and take me in, If you do, I promise your heart I will win. I will do my chores and obey what you say, If you take me in and let me stay. All I need is a hug from you, A family I can call my own and a pet or two. I am not asking for much at all, Just think about adopting and make that call.
