A Cabaret Life

below is a small entry to get started again my mind has become mush may it be a toast and celebration of the good life (smile) I am trying to catch up so I will see you on your pages thank you "a cabaret life" waiting to breathe a wondrous cabaret life we wake with suns and start our days we sleep with moons and end our nights in between we journey with same routines only to realize our circle is the dream and the wonder of it all is there to hold dancing our way to beats of a cabaret life SkyWatcher 09-19-23

love how you described the 'cabaret life.' It was something I wanted after I had major surgery and six months of PT and healing. I just wanted to be active and dance again. Your poem resonated with me. Hope you're doing okay and had a 'cabaret' day. hugs, Sara

Hello Sara. Good Afternoon. I am so sorry that you needed surgery and PT. I know those two concepts very well not to mention healing. Remember the concept of slow and steady and not fast and furious. Any body mechanics should always be slow and steady especially when trying to keep inflammation and excess pain down. As far as the cabaret life, what can I say, I like to dream (smile smile smile). However, life is good because it could always be worse so I am blessed but there are days I wish life wouldn't be so funny. (another smile). Truthfully may you and Bill have a wonderful day filled with everything good including health. Blessings and Peace to you both. I will see you soon on your page. Such long hours do cabaret artists work - it look like an exciting frivolous life, but they grow older quicker than us , voice a great deal of singing, bones because of constant standing, constant entertainment - energy, and much mor,e but the glamorous life draws them and how brilliantly you have captured this in few words - your talent shines Lisa Blessings, hugs Jennifer.
