A blushing rose
Though the poisoned pawn should not be taken,
with lust and aversion not forsaken,
our stooped stance lets delusion gain traction,
so as we observe ego’s reaction,
we recognise soul’s yet to awaken.
Impacted not by all this commotion,
love’s rose petals blossom in slow motion.
