Very good David - You should publish these monokus.:) If we could unfold our brain completely from the gyrus (folds) and sulcus(grooves) it would be four inches thick and 3 feet wide! The average human brain weighs as heavy as a bag of sugar and there are more connections in the brain than there have been seconds since dinosaurs ruled the earth! Not sure who's doing the counting though.. There you go..I knew my brain injury nursing career factoids would come in handy one day. Cheers - Gary

Thank you Gary, some day I might just do a trawl through my monokus, and see where they go, your an encyclopaedia of knowledge on the brain Gary, I love your analogies, some huge Dino’s had brains only the size of walnuts, but it worked ok for them, cheers David

Thank you Anselmo, I’m holding my own, at the moment, but gravity and time are remorseless adversities, lol, cheers David

Wrinkles are a sign of a life lived and wisdom and even better the ones that shape your brain. Tom

I read once that Einsteins brain, had an inordinate amount of wrinkles, the more folds more room for knowledge, of course your right Tom they can also portray wisdom, but for some reason the plastic surgeons like to keep that to themselves lol, cheers David
