Veggies such an important part of our diet and healthy lifestyle. Our two children are vegans and I love eating their food when we go to them, there are so many pasta/veggie dishes you can make and potatoe/veggie dishes, that one would never miss meat. Me neither, Richard. Brussel Sprouts can ROT for all I care. That goes also for cabbage, eggplant and a few others I can't think of right now.

wow, I could make you hungry for veggies? I basically eat them as cancer protection and have no real joy eating them (just the bad ones like baked potatoes or corn on the cob swimming in butter. haha)!!thanks, Gershon.
