The Mermaid
Hearing sounds he understands
my mermaid sings for he
spoken lines in streams of time
she floats the waves
and dance the days
all for he,
just for he.
Sea waters edge, and looking up
she dives up to the sun
but circles down to white wash sands
to painful paths she see's
to whitewash sands, he circles down
to spoken lines of broken times
he floats across the waves
then hears the sea, and hears her song
to sounds he understands
echo sound once all around
now echo across the sea,
he hears and knows those spoken lines
and broken times,she gone
shes gone
he hears the echo, he understands, because of he,
shes gone, shes gone.
