Slonjie and Irie

Slongi and Irie I wish I never had to say goodbye, But you see, I did not have an option, I had to give you up for adoption. Looking into your eyes, I could not control my cries, I wish I had an option, Not to give you two up for adoption. I tried to block your memories, Where the two of you would play under the tree, So playful and carefree. I am so sorry I had no option, To leave you two at the shelter for adoption. Hearing your cries that day, I covered with my ears with dismay. After all these years I miss you two, Wondering what happen to you. I wish I can turn the hands of time, And still keep you as mine. I miss you, Slongi and Irie, My two dogs who were part of my family. Roebain
