Partially right, plus: 'Wroing' is just how people in Brooklyn say 'Wrong.' (They pronounce the long 'o' sound as oy over there). As for 'boing:' There actually was a cartoon character named Gerald McBoing-boing back in the day. Amazingly enough. :)
