Essential Mental health outreach

If you are having a mental health crises there are outreach numbers and services available for you. Calling 911 a DCR, mental health specialists' can provide a home assessment. They  can evaluate a patient and determine if hospitalization is necessary.  "It can be either voluntary or non voluntary and of course the police are involved," Compass Health receptionist.

If you know of anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis.  Strongly encourage them to seek immediate help.  Even if the problem isn't mental. Mental health does effect physical health as well. 

Be sure you take all of your prescription medications on time and as prescribed by your doctor and/or specialist.  Do whatever you can do during this and other crisis.  If you have the gift of passing on information.  Keep up-to-date on your information and pass it on.  Through print, radio or social media.  

You can relax by listening to easy listening music. You can mediate upon the word of God. You can read your Bible.  Pray for our nation and the rest of the world.  We need to pray for our first responders, and our national leaders. We need to continue faithfully for our  loved ones. "These are the  times that try men's souls" Now is the time to come to the aid of our country."

That this contemporary Angel of death COVID-19 passes over us during this Passover season.  Passover is the Judah/ Christian holiday. The secular name for it is Easter.

President Donald Trump has declared war on the coronavirus.  Governor Jay Inslee has provided a state wide lock down on non-essential services and business.  The Department of Homeland Security provides the national guidelines through FEMA.  The Depart of Health helps regulate and enforces it.
"Faith can move mountains." regardless of your religious beliefs.  Most people believe in a higher power than themselves.  I refer to my higher power as Jesus Christ.  I have been faithfully practicing intercessory prayer.  And encouraging my non-Christian, Buddhist and Wiccan friends.  As well as members of my faith community where I reside.
