- When I think of summertime ....... "the perfect summer" ..... Anne- Lise, I do have the honor to hear all the birds day and night out my window, I love the bouquet of flowers beautiful.Thank you for reading my poem, “ As She Cradled Her Child,” it’s a true story he’s been gone now 5 years. His birthday was Friday and his mom always gathers family at his plot celebrating his birthday with cake and balloons her only child. Hugs Eve

Lovely write, A-L. I love beautiful flowers and summertime. Where I live, the heat is very oppressive but I still manage to find time to get outside and mow the grass and enjoy the sun in my face. I hope you are having a wonderful summer and thank you for sharing.
