Ego cups have now been filled To the point of overflowing Confidence and power now heightened Fuel to keep ego’s growing!

A small handful see it differently. There is only one way to build community and that is through unity. Admittedly, such a lofty goal is probably unrealistic, as I mentioned in a comment on your last poem. Still, it's a worthy goal. My poem, Song of the Poet is my mantra

"Good leadership" yes l agree....not huge ego's trying to control and dominate...there is a big difference! Spreading the love....if that's what you call it....though many see it differently. Many who have their own thoughts and minds and are not influenced by others!
