Best Man

Well versed rehearsed Best man began He joked provoked Each word was slurred Blah blah faux pas Defamed and shamed The bride soon cried Now crushed she blushed Red faced disgraced Without a doubt He put his foot Inside his snide Wide scouth loud mouth Not quite contrite Ashamed he blamed His botch on Scotch. 3/ 21/ 2018.

Now I remember, why I didn't have a best man. Very clever string of footles, not my favourite form, I must admit, but enjoyed reading yours, kindest regards, Kevin
