What I Miss

Is there a place for the broken hearted Away from the pain and loneliness Is there hope for a tormented soul That longs again to be whole I have searched far and near But the place I seek is not here For only here I am lost and alone With no spirit to live or carry on It wasn't always like this you see I once had it all and now it's gone from me I can't live in the days that are forever gone They are in the past and life goes on And so I search for a place to be once again free Where others have gone to escape such misery But it seems there is no place as this And so I sit a cry for what has been lost and how it's missed
