I believe Sign of the Cross must be done by all people that believe in Jesus Christ as a sign that we truly believe in (Eternal) God, (Eternal) Father, (Eternal) Son and (Eternal) Holy Spirit. When we cross ourselves we're stating that we truly believe with the (Eternal) Trinity. SSign of the Cross before and after we pray. Thank You!
