Being new to the poetry scene, and self educating, I'm unsure of the content of these poems are correctly labeled Haiku. But, in art, creativity and content are unique and individual I believe. I hope this isn't so far off the mark though.
1980s childhood Haikus Tech-free Nature's performing Batteries not included childhood playground My bike Pink banana seat A basket full of daisies Warm wind on my face Saturdays Cartoons and breakfast The sky our only roof top Street lights call us home

I come from a small town so yeah we never worried about being abducted, we just stayed out and had a great time and didn't worry about anything.

Oh thank you! It was a wonderful time huh? Abduction fears were in their infancy so mostly we were set out of the house from daylight til dusk! So much first hand education lol. <3

Hi Crystol. One easy way to differentiate between haiku and senryu is haiku must be about nature, or in a nature scene. They're probably all three senryus, though #2 may be considered haiku. Hey, we're all learners here! Nice job
