In the u k legal system a caution is given instead of an arrest for general Misdemenours that might not happen again? It can help people keep jobs E t c.' Or it could be a tool of leverage? Although there are no proven cases.'

I'd heard a story some years ago of thirteen cautions let it be known.' On gordon brown (prime minister then) about lewd acts with young Boys not men! And not uoon the sports field (you'll now ken!) Reuters knew yet a Story ever aired.? How badly could all news sources be impaired?

Many in politics, and in the News' Media, in my opinion, just surface observations, seem to be of dubious character. Who knows? They certainly should be more intelligent and sensitive to truth which they seem to be sorely lacking. What do I know? I can only speculate, not privy to insider facts. Maybe I am just ignorant~ Lol!

Let me put this if I was in such a position of Large scale media control I Would I hope be sobered by the situation 1st off and i beleive I would try to be as impartial as humanly possible' yet maybe its not so cut and dried? Is there bribery? Threats of violence against you.? I am considering there must be such' yet to what degree?? And also how can it be combatted?

Seems to be the norm with those in high places and power, if you know the right people and have money you can get away with anything. Andrew paid his accuser off with 10 million quid of taxpayers money that would have heated a few homes for pensioners. It really stinks. Happy New year Joe. Tom
