Your poem might be good to advertise Joint Juice. I can picture myself taking those twelve painful steps to the front door of my house while I read your work. Very descriptive.

So have you had to take those steps, or is this just writing from what you have heard? I hope it's not been your experience, but I think a person who has gone thru the process successfully has to be a very strong person.
