-that Place That Should Not Be (Part 1)

(AS IN THE TIME OF JOSIAH) I closed my eyes and in my mind- I went down to that place I had known so much about, Thhat land where idols had been lifted up and exalted high, -that place that should not be-. And I knew, as I looked up and outward, that this place with these idols erected high for as far as I could see in the distance, -this place should not be-. These Idols, each erected and standing in defiance of Him who rightfully should be exalted High and seated on the throne, these abominations of my own making, each, would have to be torn down and destroyed. For there should nothing be which would ever exalt itself against Him who is rightfully seated on the High Throne neither against His Lordship. All this I saw in a moment-

Brilliant work, Douglas! In both parts I and II, I could see the removal of the idols and the shift to Christianity. What a wonderful set of poems!
