Dear anne lise, i love this and your choice, i absolutely love waffles, especially with ice cream on top and bit of chocolate sauce and pistachio, now after reading this im fighting my urge to get one haha. Anne-Lise, you capture the essence of a good waffle for sure. My taste buds have been activated. Great picture and the heart shapes just make it even better. Here we even use maple syrup (the real kind not the fake stuff). It's fun to taste all the sweetness! The idea of sour cream seems wonderful too!

- ... definitely BROWN goats :))) - A traditional folk favorite in Norway - When milk sugar is exposed to high temperatures, it will caramelize in the same way as other sugars and thus turn brown, Duke :) - hugs

I have tried fresh sheep ricotta when my wife and I visited her home town in Europe. It's wonderful. I can't remember brown goat cheese. Is that cheese brown naturally, have something mixed in, or does it come from brown goats? I am displaying some ignorance which I also hope makes you laugh!!
