Art begins with resistance - at the point where resistance is overcome. No human masterpiece has ever been created without great labor. ~ Andre Gide ~ Art by Olga Klimova ~ Beautiful Motion Giff Effect by sfioramiilcuore

I feel emotionally flat
    the experience is very stressful
    No flooding or concentration
    Acute, which is more persistent
    Maybe therapy and skills training
    - some will need it just for safety
I crank my headphones up to deafening level
    - shuts off all sick thoughts

    The silence gradually becomes unbearable
Along the way, I experienced that
the parachute did not work satisfactorily
If only God could give me a clear sign
    Saturn's rings exist exclusively
    of missing aircraft luggage
    I think everything is predetermined
    Hope is foolproof
I cut the cucumber slices like hearts

Hope is that one emotion which is so strong that it gives us the courage to face storms, changes and depths in life. I second your thoughts Anne. Congratulations on your win! Much love :)

This one made me smile. Reminds me of something I said once. My mother had told me when I was young to try to FIIINND MYSELF. (Didn't know I was lost) This is a fun read and the pic is so clever. God Bless, JB

Hi Anne-Lise, it is the times, we all seem to have these feelings at some point. As always, Anne-Lise, you share a powerful and honest write for these moments. The hope is that things shall get back to some kind of normal. I still see few people walking by the house, fewer cars also. Another excellent write from your golden pen. Wishing you all the best in the contest. Have a wonderful Tuesday. Love and Hugs....Mike. XX

Times in our lives where we all feel like this. That empty feeling where we have to shake it off and refocus. Nicely written. love phyl

Even in times of isolation, "hope is foolproof." This is the best entry I've seen for the contest and a fave for me. Surely a winner, Sunshine. Hugs, Carolyn
