- Land Of Happiness - When our hearts met, a star was born in a land of happiness In this land you are the king, and I am the queen We live with delight in loves sweet harmony Ruling the land as the passionate dream team It has beautiful flowers and luscious fruit trees With clear blue skies and air free from disease Golden meadows with clear flowing streams And flower scented air that floats in the breeze The sky at the night is filled with a multitude of stars As I look at them all I see the one that is ours It warms my heart, and brings a smile to my face With you in this land of happiness, there is no greater place It's hard to understand that a friend who was so alive is not among us anymore Dear Dan : I hope you found the "Land Of Happiness" R.I.P. It is horrible for us, the living, when it happens, however, I think it is a delight for the departed. Since the end of March, I have lost eight close relatives and friends, I believe they are all together with your friend, dearest, Anne-Lise, in The Land of Happiness! Blessings. Well done! Hugs xxx

Very nice tribute. Sad for you who knew this poet a little as he inhabited the poetry space. Though we don’t know one another face to face we still have a love for each other and a sadness when their life is gone. RIP

Sunshine Smile - I am always sad when I learn someone has left in their younger years, and equally said when I learn that some are bullied by trolls here on the soup. I'm sure you feel the loss and I send good thoughts for you and him.

- Some are mentioned ... others just forgotten ... Dan, was a friend I met here at the soup (never face to face) ... - A life is gone ... only his words are left, Milton ... I hope they do not turn to dust - hugs // Anne-Lise

aww Anne-Lise this is such sad news on so many levels especially his death and also about the soup trolls. I remember reading some of Dan's poetry on soup ... so many poets are missing it is worrying when they disappear without trace like Darren watson did:-( hugs Jan xx

- I will never forget him ... he was so vulnerable ... and he was always honest and comforting ... the "trolls" found a soft victim, Jan ... it's so sad to think about - Yes, there are many we miss here on the soup ... but some, are never mentioned with a single word - hugs // Anne-Lise

- Dan was a really good friend and a talented poet, Vijay - It's been a long time since he died ... but, I do not know his family and found it out a few days ago - There were several "trolls" here on the soup that made it unpleasant for him :( - You will find his poem here on P-Soup :) - hugs // Anne-Lise
