I love this, a dad protecting his little ones. Reminds me of our orange tabby cat who is both a lover and a fighter.

A wonderful royal picture of the king of wildlife, hope they are all female babies, because a male lion will kill male pups from of his own or from another pride of lions, very sad to believe but true - they want no competition - an excellent write for the contest best wishes my dear friend.
