---You Must Go On---

You Must Go On No matter what grieves you, or when people peeve you, You must go on! You don't feel, well, aw,sorry, we will not pamper you. You must go on! The news is so sad, so what? ladies and lads, You must go on! Your feelings are so hurt, saying your heart was burnt? You must go on! Greatness comes from great people, Not snivelers, under a steeple. You must go on! Even when tyrants reign, do something, don't complain! You must go on! 9/14/2021

I am into praying but man has to take action or else. Like NO freedom. Like dogs on leashes, Not this dog..,I bite hard! These leaders need to be in the junk like of history, Leaders are not Gestapo,, even the unelected are turning into Nazis. So we best do something..... Panagiota xxx

Greetings, Robert..life is far from as easy ride. Especially if one wants to make a difference. Then people don’t like you. They want you as a docile sheep. Me? More like a raging bull! Not a pansy. But put on Cole Porter and I weep. Cole,s Dad was into classical romance poetry. Wow! I hear that song, SO in LOVe, and I weep at the outstanding.lyrics. Oh to write like that! Simply, yet deeply. Hi Pangie; you are right on the mark as usual. I am reminded of a great minister, on a navel vessel, who seeing the need, hollered, "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition", as he grabbed handfuls and went about the business. A prayer is a lot stronger when accompanied with action. I wonder how the election is going? whether Elder is getting a fair shake or all is predermined by Phony mail-in ballots. I am going to check. Be gone for awhile.

Hello Panagiota! We haven’t shared before. I am friend of Joe diMino. Agree with your encouraging words here. I endured since age 8, very big trials of health & sine then the attitude instilled by family has been to take what God sens & go forth! Makes a survivor not a sniveled. Makes compassion & empathy. BeWell!

Bless you, Beata...I write whatever is true for me at that moment. Including sadness. I am far from the bluebird of happiness. But there are a huge number of Poets here! It sometimes is difficult to write, so what? Do it. I know you do! God Bless you. There is a quote,, "WRITERS WRITE, NON -Writers do not!" I think that is true. Some faint after a haiku, and are exhausted? Baloney, Beata! "i'm tired, I wrote a Poem" nonsense,...don't lie, we know better. Nobody dies after a six line Poem. LOL.
