Galatians 4:4: But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law (NIV)

But when the proper time had fully come, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born subject to [the regulations of] the Law (AMP)

But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, (KJV)
