Poem

inhale deeply hold it then exhale
i am deeply meditative now trust
motivated by light  i sit in  darkness
and plan my escape, hit me with music
cane me with colours birch me with words

i drift to a far away land of bliss
trees of knowledge plants of wisdom
the forest of glory, emlightenment
grind and pour twist and shout
feel and feed share and scream
it does not kill you

light your stove and stir your pot
i am hungry, chisel the stones down
breathe deep and let it all out escape
forget your troubles and tribulations
you have the rights to your destiny
air of lightness surround me believe
my hippocampus is churning  burning
with the memory of your kindred spirits

dried leaves crackle and explode
blue smoke in the polluted air
gateway to the burdened mind is opened
chained soul is set free and loose dance
in the rain up roll up your sorrow and sleeves
then melt in the fire of rapture
