Mommy and Daddy Mommy please don’t be sad too long. Daddy please be strong for Mommy. I am with Jesus now, sitting on His knee. I am without pain and full of joy. I am your angel, watching over you. You may not see me, but I am with you every day. Me and Jesus we walk hand in hand, guiding you, So that you will be kept safe. It may take a while to feel good. Im sorry Mommy and Daddy that you are hurting over me. Please be happy, I know its hard, But when I see you cry, I cry too. When you see the stars at night and feel the breeze on your face, Know that, that is me with Jesus, touching you. I want you both to know that I am in no pain. I am safe with my heavenly family. Its so beautiful here, I can see the whole world. I love you Mommy and Daddy Please know that Jesus loves you too. 14 December 2011, 11.15am IT has been reported that Fourways Spar has footage showing that the 11-year-old boy, that was killed when a van knocked him over, crossed the road and walked behind a truck. It is believed the delivery van’s driver did not see the boy as he crossed the road and knocked him over. Eye witnesses said it took around 30 minutes for the first ambulance to arrive on the scene. But doctor Dr Marissa van der Westhuizen said when she was asked to attend to the boy, eyewitnesses had already been waiting 20 minutes for an ambulance. She added that emergency services only arrived 30 minutes after she had declared him dead on the scene. Witness said the Discovery ground team arrived first, with ER24 second, then Netcare 911 and lastly SAPS’ emergency team. The local neighbourhood watch’s members have expressed their condolences to the family.
