Youth with their rights 
But no responsibilities
Youth with their rights 
But no minds or thoughts

How am I supposed to look up to you?
How am I supposed to know right from wrong?
With no person showing appreciation
With no youth being thankful
How am I supposed to act responsibly?
With no one educating me of my past
How am I being proud of my human rights?

My freedom of speech 
What does my freedom of speech tell me?
Some say my freedoms of speech tell me to say…………………. 
What I want……………… 
When I want…………………and 
How I want…………………..
But no one tell me the responsibilities
No one tell me how to apply my freedom of speech

Educate me of my rights
Educate me of my past
That’s not enough
Educate me of my human rights

I roam every single day about the come from of my human rights 
My roaming even turns me demented
I too am ardent to know my past 
I too need to know

I search and searched but my searching turn’s futility
And I rouse in darkness
