Poem
The cold wind blows furiously in the night circulating the northern hemisphere sending frantic chills through my body absorbing my tired sweat and sucking up my passionate breath I woke up this morning before the break of dawn with the frightened wind knocking on my door and something calling me towards the bleeding shore I entered outdoor in the mysterious dark and parked my truck on the side of the street at the bottom of Elanor's park A yellow taxi crept slowly me behind as if it wanted to communicate with me but it quickly vanished around the corner I took out my bible and read a verse to expel the bad spirits from the universe I felt neither grief or pain amusement or shame except for the night wrapping its arms around me trying desperately to seduce and entangle me But I quickly untie it with my determination strong will authentic power and dignity I walked over to the platform facing the pond and read a psalms then prayed a strong prayer for my allies and friends Locked in a dialogue with God I communicate in a language that only the spirit could utter I could see the savior sitting on the throne and its presence was all around My heart searched deep and my spirit connected with something divine and unfathomable The English language was not on tongue and I couldn't understand the words I was praying But the supreme being understood the impassioned cry resonating from depth of my heart Something began to move into my womb And I started singing a joyous tune I could not understand the language because my spirit was praying it The darkness stared at me as if I was at the peak of my destiny But the bright headlight from the glowing truck confronted the brazing dark and dragged it into the light We looked at each other eye ball to eye ball and a brawl ensued and ended in the big hall The Gods could not contain it and my spirit could not bear it But the master took care of it No sign no sound just the water Lilly sitting on the throne and countless stars in the heavens watching over me I commune with the master in a language unknown and this was what it uttered in a silent whisper "my hope is build on nothing less" "On Christ the solid rock I stand" all other ground is sinking sand" I looked over the still pond and the water Lilly sat proudly proliferating energy all over the land Finally I joined the big circle and become a wholesome one Water Lilly sitting in the pond makes me shiver.
