Lights off and it's cold as the old Fox.../
Those white walls and a door feel quite alot like Fort Knox. /
I got a window the height of my hand to look out/
And if someone notices, it does (them) No good the urge to shout./
All my days add up to a landfill of waste./
A low budget constructed symphony of my life in the make./
My direction is changing, slowly to nowhere;/ 
Forward I crawl at a ready-made pace./
Forget suits, I'm drobed up and dressed in blue.../
And for the time being, nothing's (else) improved./
Except for faith, that's my escape.../ 
My spirit-man's getting stronger/
(He's) about to break (shit)./
No longer do I feel like I am a goner,/
Feel like I'll make it./
Feel like the words in my heart come from the heart of him./
And by him, I do mean God/
Indeed I am a part of him./
So may I sleep cool, peaceful & calmly/ 
While the Lord places my dreams within an arms reach./
When I was bombed out, had nothing left to give,/
He picked me up and gave me the gift of angels wings./
Now lights on and it's warmer than a summers breeze./
These white walls turn to clouds that come forth endlessly./ 
I got the Windows to my soul that are now opened wide,/
And if you notice me, you'll see that God's love and only the strong survive./
