Winds Return: Passages of wind Set foundations of belief Eternally ours. Wind blows and then it doesn't you can't really anticipate it it just happens Loving you Is like Walking on A bridge With every Piece of wood Falling After my Every step; There is no Turning back. Locked out of Heaven Cast out By my own free will Because I wanted to know What earth was about. Blue eyed beauty.. The brown eyed sub... Meant nothing to me... Couldnt cover up my love Never thought I'd be here Big hole but my heart beats still.. I was introduced to the fear The weapon of evil Sickness of the mind Now I struggle to close my eyes... Short nights.. Filled with lies.. I tell myself that I had time.. I'm done making this poem rhyme.. I'd wait an eternity.. For him to return to me.. The truth I can finally say it.. This is now his game... But I can't even play it.. No reset.. No re-do.. I left to make changes... to get better for you... I guess the moral of this story I will never learn... Because we both moved on... Past the point of no return.. She is the wind She is strong and steady Ever changing, going wth the flow She is fast approaching yet calm Until the thunder strikes And the lightning roars The rain will pour and she will rub it in your face She will never be yours She cannot be captured She is the wind She is forever there, yet you will never see her face She is resilient, defiant and thick with the scent of fresh cut grass and a mans tears She is fear She is strength She is surrounding She is everything you dream She is all encompassing to the extreme She is the wind and she's beautiful to see More beautiful than I can describe in poetry Her mind is racing with no ultimate goal She is the wind and she will steal your soul When the dust settles and the storm moves on She will lose control No one can know where she'll go She is the wind Fear her mind and beauty She is pure poetry Flowing along naturally She is me Rain still falls upon my shoulders, green leaves slow dance with crystal droplets to the enchanting melody of saturated skies singing, spider webs wear liquid diamonds, shimmering chandeliers swaying like silent wind chimes on the breeze and puddles act as mirrors where I see my smile as I head down a muddy path, leaving lonely footprints behind, walking towards the sunny day that is you Becoz You are like the wind, Its impossible to hold you...
