When she heard the sirens and the cop pulled 
Her over she remained more calm than expected
It was nearly 3am and once again she is reminded 
Of her busted tail light. The cop asked her for
License and registration, she eagerly acquiesced.
He walks back to his car and she puts an earlier traffic
Ticket she received in the previous county in her pocket. 
She watches him through her rearview mirror willing
Him to hurry.
He walks back to her car and tells her she must get her
Tail light fixed and decides to let her off with a warning.
She smiles and readily agrees as she wishes him a good day.
A loud banging suddenly erupts from the trunk of her car.
Attempting to drive away the cop asks her about the noise.
More banging is heard getting louder and louder. She 
Begins to panic and reaches for her revolver. She is too slow
The cop shoots not once but twice. He calls for back up and 
manages to get the trunk open. Bound by the hands and feet 
 with blood running from her head is his wife. She is a cop that 
works in the previous county.
