Pointless

I have been asking myself,
Maybe you can ask yourself;
Why do I say this is pointless, you clueless,
But wait and watch it unfold.

Do you want to be,
A well fed slave or a hungry free man
I know you’ll say this is question is pointless,
But it is worth answering.

Would you slave because you starve?
Or would you starve because you are no slave?
Do you want to be a well fed slave,
Or a hungry free man?
It all coming back to me saying;
It is all pointless.

What is the use of being qualified?
When you will not be hired.
You see it is all pointless.
Do you want to be a well fed slave,
Or a hungry free man?
Okay, I am speechless thinking about the helpless
They live a curse an empty purse.

Tell me what the use is,
Of going to work every morning,
When others can get everything for free,
“Corruption called connection,”
Do you want to be a well fed slave
Or a hungry free man?
I remain clueless and hopeless, speechless; this is pointless.

What is the point in being free when you are jobless;
This is pointless, we are all helpless.
Would you want to be a well fed slave,
Or a hungry free man?
To be or not to be?

What is the point in being free,
When you don’t have no home?
What is the point in being free,
When you don’t have no food,
You are free to walk but not to talk,
It is all coming back to say, you are still a slave.

Peace is justice!
Peace is fairness!
Peace is freedom of speech!
Peace is access to resources,
Silence is none of the above,
Is your land a land of peace or silence.

What is freedom?
When you work for no pay.
What is freedom,
When our sisters slave in textile industries,
Only to earn peanuts.
It is pointless to call slavery freedom.
Do you want to be a well fed slave,
Or a hungry free man.
It is pointless, I am hopeless, they are voiceless.
Let me be their voice.

Why would you struggle 
For over twenty five years in education,
To be an abomination in the nation?
Why? Why struggle for jobs you were trained for?
Are you a well fed slave, or a hungry free man?

Freedom is living not existing!
Freedom is dreaming.
Freedom is moving unlimited!
Freedom is having all you want!
Slavery is none of the above.
Is your land a land of freedom or slavery?

It all seems pointless,
But the pain is endless.
Act fact no foul.
Don’t think but act.
Thought without action is fruitless, pointless;
Action without thought is foolish; stupid;
Are you a well fed slave or a hungry free man?
Don’t let your dreaming be pointless.
